Field Notes
Preparing a wallet list without sharing seeds
What belongs in a pre-read for a Seoul portfolio review — and what should never leave your offline backup.
Clients sometimes arrive with too little information or with material we must refuse. The useful middle path is a redacted list that still lets us plan the session.
Include
- Chain names you actively use
- Wallet types (hardware, browser, exchange withdrawal)
- Rough count of addresses per chain
- Notes on staking, vesting, or LPs you care about
Exclude
- Seed phrases and private keys
- Screenshots that reveal recovery material
- Full transaction CSVs with counterparty details you do not want discussed
Why we insist
App Integrate never takes custody. A review that depends on a seed is the wrong product for both sides. If something looks like key material in an email, we stop and ask you to resend a cleaner list.
Bring that list when you contact us. Two business days is our usual reply window for scheduling.
