Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional consultation choice, chains you mention, and message content
- Scheduling and invoices: billing details you provide by email
- Technical logs: standard server or host logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) when enabled by our hosting provider

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or government ID through the website form.
Purposes
- Respond to consultation requests and schedule sessions
- Deliver holdings maps and setup notes
- Meet accounting and legal obligations in Korea
- Improve site reliability when analytics cookies are accepted
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean personal information protection rules and, for relevant visitors, comparable frameworks: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent for non-essential cookies.
Retention
- Contact inquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful reply, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement
- Client engagement files: typically 5 years after engagement end for accounting and dispute purposes
- Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear storage
Sharing
We use processors for hosting, email, and (if accepted) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider commitments consistent with Korean requirements.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored choice and revisiting the banner settings via our Cookies page guidance. Security
We use HTTPS and limit staff access to client materials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; never send key material by email.
Children
Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
