Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits, rescheduling, and refund rules for App Integrate consultations.

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by App Integrate: Cross-Chain Portfolio Review, Wallet Aggregation Setup, and Holdings Visibility Audit. It does not cover third-party Microsoft Store purchases, which follow Microsoft’s and the publisher’s store policies.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to App Integrate for a scheduled consultation. Informational site use is free and has nothing to refund.
Scheduling deposit
A 30% deposit holds your slot. The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before the confirmed start time. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit unless we cancel or we agree a medical or emergency exception in writing.
Full consultation fee
If you prepaid in full:
- Cancel ≥ 72 hours before start: full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party video-room fees (if any were charged separately and disclosed).
- Cancel < 72 hours: deposit portion retained; remainder refunded if work has not started.
- No-show: deposit retained; remaining prepaid balance refunded only if no materials were prepared beyond standard scheduling.
Partial refunds
If we have started substantive work (pre-read analysis already underway for an audit, or a live session already begun) and you end the engagement early, we may refund a portion reflecting unused time, at our reasonable assessment disclosed before closing the file.
Non-refundable items
- Time already delivered in a live session
- Completed holdings maps or audit reports already delivered
- Third-party Store software licenses
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later or repeated reschedules may require a new deposit.
Process and timing
Email contact@appintegrate.digital with your booking reference, name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval (bank timelines may add transit time).
Work already started / materials
Pre-read review and drafting count as started work. You keep any deliverables already sent; fees for those portions are not refunded.
Exceptions
If App Integrate cancels, you may choose a full refund or a new slot at no extra deposit. Force majeure events may delay sessions; refunds then follow mutual written agreement.
