Client Stories

Specific outcomes from portfolio reviews and visibility audits — including one account that still felt unfinished.

“They caught a dormant Solana staking account I had forgotten after a seed migration. The session ran long, and I wish the pre-read form had asked about NFTs earlier — but the holdings map itself was exact.”

— Min-jun K., private investor, Busan · Cross-Chain Portfolio Review

Our family office held ETH on mainnet, Arbitrum, and an old Gnosis Safe we barely opened. The review labeled wrapped exposure we had been double-counting in a spreadsheet. We did not get price targets — we got a map we still use on Monday mornings.

— Elena R., Hong Kong · Cross-Chain Portfolio Review

The wallet setup session was slower than I expected because my Ledger plus browser wallets disagreed on account names. Once labels matched, the desktop view finally stopped showing three “ETH” lines that were the same coins.

— Theo P., Singapore · Wallet Aggregation Setup

Visibility audit found bridge dust on two chains I had written off. Nothing dramatic, but enough that my concentration chart looked honest for the first time this year.

— Yuna S., Seoul · Holdings Visibility Audit

Extended note — Jung-gu review, March

A client arrived with seven wallets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos Hub, and Osmosis. The live session spent the first half reconciling IBC denom names that looked like noise in their notes. The holdings map delivered three days later separated staking from liquid balances and marked one Osmosis LP they had planned to exit without realizing a second wallet still held the same pool.

They returned for a setup hour the following month. That second visit was quieter: most of the work was already in the labels.
