Services described
Pages describing portfolio reviews, wallet aggregation setup, and holdings visibility audits are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fee, and schedule in writing (email is sufficient).
No custody or investment advice
We do not hold crypto assets, execute trades, or provide regulated investment recommendations. You remain solely responsible for your keys, wallets, and investment decisions.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding are owned by App Integrate or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Your pre-read materials remain yours; we use them only to deliver the booked consultation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, or send seed phrases or private keys through our forms or email. We may refuse or end an engagement if unsafe material is shared.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, App Integrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or consultation outcomes, including market losses. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
